I have utilized various extruders from desktop models to production facilities to make film, wire, rod, and tubing of diverse materials including polyolefin, polyester, TPE, polyamide, polystyrene, fluoropolymers, and nanocomposites. To find optimized processing conditions, I have used response surface method for the combinations of dies and nipples as well as temperature variation.
